The dark council is an elected panel of five members that advise the officers on all guild matters and may be called upon to settle guild drama issues. Here are the results of round one of the fourth dark council elections. 20% of the total number of votes cast is required to be seated on the council.

Those not seated in round one move to round two where the votes are carried over from round one. Round two lasts for two days. 20% of the total votes in round two are required to be seated on the council. If a round three is needed to seat the rest of the council then it will be held, Congratulations OJ and Brokensword.

To start out with we only have one vault, but thanks to guild member donations, we will soon have two. Eventually we will have several.

Credit policy- Each member may borrow from the bank, but it is a loan you must pay it back. Below are the set restrictions on how much you can borrow. If you need more than is shown, contact the guild leader for exceptions.

Vault one Members Vault.

Less than scum-New members that have not yet reached level fifty. May deposit all they like, but cannot withdraw.

Members- all members with a level fifty in the guild. May withdraw five items a week and have a credit limit of 20,000 credits per week.

Crafter- Recognized by the guild as an active crafter and guild donator. May withdraw fifteen items a week from the bank and have a 50,000 credit limit.

Dark Council- Elected by the guild every three months. These members may withdraw the same as crafter and have a 100,000 credit limit. Because these are corrupt politicians, they are also the only people in the guild who may use guild funds for repairs and respecs as long as it does not exceed their weekly credit limit.

Officers- Appointed by the guild leader. May withdraw twenty items per week, and have a 250,000 credit limit.

Senior officer-raid leader, appointed by the guild leader. may withdraw up to 30 items a week and has a
500,000 credit limit.

Ambassador(None Assigned)-1st officer, assistant guild leader "Defense Against the Dark Arts Professor" May withdraw up to 50 items a week. 1,000,000 credit limit.

Guild Leader- Unlimited Power

The next vault will be the crafter vault. Members will not have access to it. The dark council and officer will also have a vault. And yes you can expect those corrupt DC members to clean out their vault prior to election day.

If you are a crafter and would like to have access to the crafting vault let me know as soon as possible. Crafter in the guild only get access to that vault if they are adding to the vault. If it becomes apparent that you are just taking things out of the vault and not depositing things in, or are just cherry picking the good stuff and unloading you junk in there, you will lose access to crafter permissions.

Brokensword comes to SWS to raid. His former guild did not suit him because of their chosen raid times. SWS fills a late night raid group which is better suited for him. Our former member malusmaure was in a similar situation where we raided at times where he could not raid. This is a common situation for players. You like the guild, but it just doesn't work with your schedule. Hopefully broken sword will find that we are just as cool to get along with as his last guild and he will feel right at home.

Knight applied to the website after finding us on guild portal. He liked the site and asked to join. He does not yet have a level fifty but he is working on it. I really don't mind recruiting lower level players because sometimes they can turn out to be some of your best members before it is all said and done.

Each of them have experience in other mmos and sound like pretty good players. I am looking forward to playing the game with them.
